Approvals

Saved approval workflows the current workspace can use: company-wide workflows plus the ones bound to this workspace. Workflows are created and edited in the dashboard (Approvals); the API only lists them. Pass a workflow's id as approval_workflow_id on POST /posts/create to route a new scheduled post through it. The post is then created as in_approval and publishes at its schedule_at once the last step approves (dashboard, or POST /posts/{id}/approve). Requires the posts:read scope.
